Purchasing or downloading a Harvest Study resource does not transfer ownership of the intellectual property to you.

You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, upload, share, modify for resale, or commercially exploit Harvest Study content without prior written permission.

Purchasing one digital copy does not automatically grant permission to distribute copies to a Bible study, church, ministry, classroom, small group, or organization.

If group or organizational licensing is offered for a particular resource, the applicable license terms will be provided with that product.

5. Digital Products

Because digital products are delivered electronically and generally cannot be returned once accessed or downloaded, purchases of digital products are generally final unless otherwise stated or required by applicable law.

If Harvest Study offers physical products, shipping estimates are provided as a convenience and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated.

Any applicable return or exchange policy presented at the time of purchase will govern physical-product returns.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, recurring subscriptions will continue until canceled.

You are responsible for canceling a recurring subscription according to the cancellation instructions provided with the service.

If you subscribe to our email list or otherwise consent to marketing communications, Harvest Study may send you Bible study content, devotionals, product information, announcements, promotions, and other communications.

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link included in those emails.

Transactional communications relating to purchases or your account may still be sent when necessary.
